Biography
Liz Wanless is an associate professor of sport management and director of the
Sports Innovation Institute (SII). Wanless an accomplished researcher and educator in sport analytics, with a strong reputation both nationally and internationally. Wanless designs and teaches innovative sport analytics courses and developed a comprehensive curriculum that integrates artificial intelligence. She is dedicated to collaborating with industry stakeholders and facilitating contractual relationships with sport organizations. Her robust research portfolio includes publications in prestigious journals and invitations to present at major conferences, reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge in sport analytics.
