Strategies:
- Perform a department- and program-level needs assessment of programmatic goals and course offerings in all undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs to identify DEI gaps and opportunities to enhance DEI across course offerings and content delivery. Hold student focus groups to identify gaps in curricular, co-curricular, and interdisciplinary activities which promote DEI.

Timeline: Spring 2022 - Provide faculty with teaching resources to identify DEI gaps and potential areas of implicit bias in content delivery.

Timeline: 2023 - Increase student, faculty, staff, and administration awareness of and representation in campus, school, and department clubs, groups, or events which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
