Application requirements and steps for the B.S. + M.S. in Health Sciences program

Applicants to the accelerated 4+1 program will apply in the sixth semester of their bachelor's degree program or when they have successfully completed their first five semesters—75 credit hours.
Applicants should have a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher.

Application deadline is April 1 for program admission.

Students should currently be enrolled in the health sciences undergraduate program at IU Indianapolis. If you are an incoming freshman, you need to apply and be accepted to the university first, then return to this application during your sixth semester of study as a health sciences student. Keep your grades up and plan to meet the eligibility requirements.

No fees are associated with the application below.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance and next steps, which will include applying to graduate school through the IU CAS system. Admissions personnel will assist you during this time.
